The new Dually XR is the flagship PWR overland adventure bike. We developed the Dually XR to take you anywhere you want to go regardless of how steep and aggressive the terrain. Equipped with dual 500-watt hub motors, the Dually XR has the power to carry you and your cargo up hills and mountains. That power also comes in handy when quickly covering long distance over rolling hills. With two frames sizes available we’re confident we have a size that will fit you and keep you comfortable through all your exploration.

The Ride

The Dually XR is equipped with a unique dual motor traction control e-system. What exactly does that mean? It means the e-system has a brain that determines where the most power is needed to keep the wheels from slipping and sliding. Just like the class leading SUVs of the automotive world, the Dually XR is the go-anywhere and do-anything All-Wheel Drive adventure ebike you’ve been searching for.
Pedal Assist and Throttle Speed Control
The Dually XR features both pedal assisted e-power and on demand throttle power. When the rider is pedaling the bike, the e-system will provide power based on input from the crankset and bottom bracket area. If the rider needs power without pedaling, the hand grip throttle provides immediate power to the wheels, even from a stopped position. Throttle and Pedal Assist are always active at the same time which makes switching between pedal assist and throttle power easy.

  • A plush suspension fork with rebound adjust and lockout makes riding over aggressive terrain more comfortable and improves rider control. 
  • The All-Wheel Drive and Traction Control Systems ensure efficient use of the power output. This also helps stabilize the bike in wet or loose conditions. 
  • The battery uses high quality LG cells which deliver 2-4+ hours of ride time range (up to 45 miles) depending on speed, payload, and terrain.
  • Wide range of speed settings that control top speed and toque output. Max Speed – 28mph Pedal Assist / 20mph Throttle.
  • High volume 26 x 4.25in Bulldozer tires provide traction and float over varied aggressive terrain.

The Dually XR is equipped with an All-Wheel Drive Traction Control e-system, making it one of the most unique ebikes on the market. This e-system allows the Dually XR to easily ride over various types of terrain that other ebikes are not equipped to handle. The Dually XR is at home on most any terrain from pavement to aggressive loose soil, rocks, and roots, and everything in between.  

 

What happens if I lose the battery key to my Dually XR? 

PWR sells replacement battery keys. There is a number on the key core on the battery mount. Match that number to the replacement key number you purchase. 

 

Is it possible to change the seat, handlebars, or stem to adjust my comfort on the Dually XR? 

The Dually XR uses industry common standards to attach all the key touch points, allowing you the ability to customize the fit and feel of your Dually XR based on your preferences.
